For our group workout, bring a mat, some water, and the intention to move. This is set to beginners level but there will be variations for those looking for more challenge. The goal is to move and challenge the body. There will also be included a very intentional warm up and cool down period of stretching, mobility, and breathing exercises. Be sure to bring your own water bottle, but as a back up since it is getting hot and humid, I will be bringing a 5 gallon jug of filtered water for anyone who needs to refill.
The event will be held at Mt. Airy Arboretum just behind the “Arboretum Center”. Look for the big white sign cause we will be near it. Also, you are invited to have lunch with me after the workout, so be sure to pack something yummy and nutritious so your body can recover well!
