I always recommend having a bite to eat before a hike. Walking is a great way to help digest a meal and eating beforehand will provide you with plenty of energy to sustain you through a hike.
Our aim will be to hike for between 2-4 miles which will take between 1-2 hours; there will be exit points for those who do not want to hike more than 2 miles.
Look for the big white sign near the starting point cause we will be near it. This activity will be a great means of energizing you for the rest of your week. Let me know you’re coming by RSVP’ing on the Strava Club!
