Casual Group Hike *NOT A RUN*—parents are welcome to bring kids along. Feel free to go at whatever pace you want. Our little girl only does well for about 45 min in the more frigid conditions so we will be setting a reasonable but definitely steady pace.
Bring some water (at least 32oz) to stay hydrated, and eat a little something hearty & healthy beforehand to keep yourself fueled up for the entire hike. Aiming for 1-2 miles total which could take 45-60 min. to complete. For this hike, we are also bringing some hot organic green tea to share with others. I (John) will bring some extra cups, but if you have a favorite mug, bring it along and have a cup o’ tea with us before we get started on the hike. Look out for us near our big white sign 🍵🥾🌲🍁
Also, be sure to dress in layers, the weather is dropping more 🥶
