What to Know:

Workout type: Beginner’s Level HIIT Workout (preceded and followed by stretching)

Location: Ladybug Landing Shelter Area in Harper Meadows portion of Winton Woods.

Recommended to Bring: exercise/yoga mat and some water

Keep in mind: the weather is getting a bit cooler so have some layers so you don’t get too heated up during the workout or too cold afterward.
