Hike - Location TBD

I always recommend having a bite to eat before a hike. Walking is a great way to help digest a meal and eating beforehand will provide you with plenty of energy to sustain you through a hike.

Our aim will be to hike for between 2-4 miles which will take between 1-2 hours; there will be exit points for those who do not want to hike more than 2 miles.

Look for the big white sign near the starting point cause we will be near it. If you’re free during this event, get out of your comfort zone and come join! It’ll be a great means of energizing you for the rest of your week. See you there!
