For those who do not own a bicycle, where we are meeting before send off is right next to a Red Bike Rental station. A day pass is usually $12 for unlimited 2 hour long rides. Their monthly passes are definitely more of a deal so be sure to look up their website and plan ahead if you want to save a little money and come to more of these cycling events. If you already have a bike, feel free to park directly at SGC next to the offices.

Important info & about SGC:

Along with the distinction of being the second-largest cemetery in the United States, Spring Grove Cemetery is also a National Historic Landmark. According to the rules of Spring Grove Cemetery (SGC), a bike permit is required to ride on the premises. This permit is free, but you will need to provide your DL in order to obtain one. If you want to join this specific ride, be sure to stop by the main office with your license—ON A WEEKDAY—to receive your free permit. Although the grounds are open on the weekends, the offices are closed so you’ll want to make that visit before the day of this event.
