Join me and other locals of the greater Cincinnati area in a beginner-friendly workout at the Park. I want to help people in the community come together and enjoy moving more. Let’s keep it in the mornings though when it’s not too hot “:o. Be sure to bring a water bottle and an exercise mat (not necessary for participation but helpful). I will bring about 3 gallons of purified water for those joining to be able to refill and stay hydrated, and disposable cups will be available just in case (but cup supplies are limited so I recommend you bring a water bottle)
It’s safe to say that all of us could always move a little more; it’s rare to find anyone moving too much. Walking and lifting and climbing are all fantastic for the continual strengthening of your body, and your digestive system works better with regular movement too! It will help you feel more energetic, and you double your chances of boosting your immune system by working out in the beautiful sunshine. Vitamin D baby! Get it while it’s here cause you know those cloudy months of Nov-Mar are coming :D
